Whatever your background, skillset, or ambitions, the Driving Miss Daisy franchise training programme is designed give you the system and tools you need to build your own successful business. We aim to not only educate you about how to make best use of our proven business model, but also to give you the confidence you need to take it forward into an exciting and rewarding new future as our partner.

Our training programme is held in person at our HQ in Portsmouth, and consists of 3 full days.
During this time, you will cover all essential areas of running your own Driving Miss Daisy franchise, including:

The day to day operations of your business
Your obligations as a franchisee, and what you can expect from us as a partner
How our national marketing works, and how you can market yourself locally
Practical training on how to assist disabled customers or those with mobility issues
Safeguarding, health & safety and statutory compliance
How to use our in-house software to manage enquiries, quotes and billing
